Please ensure you are 100% sure about your order. Please do email us if you have any questions before placing your order. Once you pay for your order we are unable to accept any returns.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

We can accept exchanges you would like to make within 14 days of receiving your item

Exchanges will only be accepted if they meet the following criteria:

• The product was purchased in the last 14 days

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product has not been used or damaged

• There is proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your exchange if the item does not meet this criteria.

If you are exchanging an item you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning the item.

WE DO NOT COVER FOR STOLEN/LOST PARCELS UNLESS ROYAL MAIL COMPENSATE.
